AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
BAYWOOD AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 490 FEET SOUTH OF
DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 22, BLOCK "0",
EASTWOOD TERRACE, SECOND ADDITION, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 100 BAYWOOD AVENUE, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW
MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR), PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
