The applIcant receIves water service from the CIty of Cleanvater, the property IS currently on
septIc, If approved samtary sewer servIce WIll be provided by the City of Cleanvater and the City
has adequate capacity to serve thiS property The closest sanItary sewer lIne IS located m an
easement along the south SIde of the parcel The applicant has paId the CIty'S sewer Impact and
assessment fees and IS aware ofthe addItIonal costs to extend City sewer servIce to thIS property
Solid Waste
CollectIon of sohd waste WIll be provIded by the CIty of Clearwater The CIty has an tnterlocal
agreement WIth Pmellas County to prOVIde for the dIsposal of sohd waste at the County's
Resource Recovery Plant and capacity IS avaIlable to serve the property
Police
The property IS located wIthm Police DIstnct III and service WIll be adminIstered through the
dlstnct headquarters located at 2851 N McMullen Booth Road There are currently 56 patrol
officers and seven patrol sergeants aSSIgned to thIS dlstnct CommunIty polIcmg servIce Will be
proVlded through the CIty'S zone system and officers III the field The PolIce Department has
stated that It wIll be able to serve thIS property and the proposed annexatIOn WIll not adversely
