AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF SANDY LANE, APPROXIMATELY 180 FEET WEST OF
HIGHLAND AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 35, ALTO
ESTATES, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY
OF SANDY LANE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1481
SANDY LANE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, AS LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
(lMDR), PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth In this ordinance
IS found to be reasonable, proper and appropnate, and IS conSIstent with the City'S comprehensive

amended, as follows
