AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF NORTHEAST COACHMAN ROAD
APPROXIMATELY 180 FEET WEST OF NORTH BELCHER
ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOT 16, PINELLAS
GROVES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2190
NORTHEAST COACHMAN ROAD, INTO THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY
LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property Into the
City pursuant to Section 171 044, Florida Statutes, and the CIty has complied with all applicable
reqUIrements of Flonda law In connection with this ordinance, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
Section 1 The following-described property IS hereby annexed Into the City of Clearwater
and the boundary lines of the City are redefined accordingly

Section 2 The provIsions of thiS ordinance are found and determined to be consistent
with the City of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan The City Council hereby accepts the dedication
of all easements, parks, nghts-af-way and other dedications to the pubhc, which have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user wIthin the annexed property The City EngIneer, the City Clerk
and the Planning Director are directed to Include and show the property deSCribed herein upon the
offiCial maps and records of the City.
Section 3 ThiS ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon adoption The City Clerk
shall file certified copies of thiS ordinance, Including the map attached hereto, with the Clerk of the
CirCUIt Court and wIth the County AdmInistrator of PJnellas County, FlOrida, within 7 days after
adoptIon, and shall file a certrfied copy wIth the Flonda Department of State WIthin 30 days after
adoptIon
