Dear Cynthia:
Our original calculations for the transfer of development rights from the McDonald's sIte to
the Americana site were based on an estimate of the size of the proposed building
improvements.
Since that time, the actual building footprint that has been developed by the McDonalds
Company is less than what was originally planned. The actual building area for the
restaurant is t, 567 sJ. plus a freezer of 273 s.f., bringing the total area to 1840 s. f. as
compared to the original total of 2,083 sJ.
Would you please review your calculations to determine if there is additional units to be
transferred to the Americana property, based on the trip generations of the restaurant as
you did before.

Our anginal calculations for the transfer of development rights from the McDonald's site to
the Americana site were based on an estimate of the size of the proposed building
Improvements,
Since that time, the actual building footprint that has been developed by the McDonalds
Company IS less than what was originally planned. The .1cnJal bUilding area r the
restauran t is 1,567 s, f. p Ius a freezer of 273 s. f., bringing the total area 1 840 s. f: as
compared to the ongjnal total of 2,083 s.f. _/
Would you please review your calculations to determine if there is additional units to be
transferred to the Amerlcana"f)roperty, based on the trip generations of the restaurant as
you did before.

"Sender Site" In that certain Application for Transfer of Development Rights submitted
to the City of ClealWater by Clara Boldog and Dorothy Boldog (the "Application")
2 The undersigned are the owners of the 11.51 Units (collectively,
"Development Rights") which are proposed to be transferred as descnbed In the
Application.
3 As of the date of thiS Affidavit, the Development Rights have not been
transferred to any other person or entity
4 As of the date of thIS Affidavit, the Development Rights have not been
previously used or exercised by any person or entity on the Sender Site or any other
parcel of land,
5 In the event the Application IS approved, a special warranty deed
transferr ng the Development Rights will be recorded In the P~bllc Records of Pmellas
County, Flonda pnor to Issuance of a bUilding permit
