It has come to my understanding that in the Bonair Hills subdivisIOn there are
proposal to adopt the followlOg ordmance, They are ordmance no,7483-05, no.7484-05,
and 7485-05 In which these ordmance will allow the development of low medIUm
density residential The problem for me and my neighbor, who live in the area IS, our
home value Will decrease, these home wont be value at the same rate because they are
low medium denSity residential. These home will be develop at a cheaper cost not
allowmg these home to be value at a going rate of the area
If the board, council and the city allow this, they are telling the conunumty that
they do not care about the value of the home ill this area. It IS like puttmg a $75,000 home
next to a home that worth $210,000 I hope that a better solution can come about from
thIs problem, the people in the Bonair Hills subdivisIOn are unhappy about tlus proposal,
I know that a fare and reasonable decision can come out of thiS problem III which both
parties will be happy The families in the Bonmr Hills should not be penalizes for the
profit of developer who are lookmg for a fast huek Thank you for your tllTIe, and I hope
an open mmd will be kept m mmd when a deCISion IS made
