NORTH OF MOR NG f~E DRIVE CONSISTING OF LOT 14,
BLOCK 1 , CARLTON RRACE FIRST ADDITION, WHOSE
POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1824 DIANE DRIVE, INTO THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property descnbed hereIn and depicted on the map
attached hereto as ExhIbIt A has petItIoned the CIty of Clearwater to annex the property Into the
City pursuant to SectIon 171 044, Florrda Statutes, and the CIty has compiled wIth all applIcable
requIrements of Florrda law In connectIon wIth thIS ordInance, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
Section 1 The fOllowlng-descnbed property IS hereby annexed Into the City of Clearwater
and the boundary lInes of the CIty are redefIned accordIngly
Lot 14, Block I, Carlton Terrace FIrst AddItIon, according to the map or plat thereof,
as recorded In Plat Book 43, Page 39, Public Records of Plnellas County, Flonda
(ANX2005-04011)
SectIon 2 The provIsIons of thIS ordInance are found and determIned to be conSIstent
with the CIty of Clearwater Comprehensive Plan The CIty CouncIl hereby accepts the dedicatIon
of all easements, parks, nghts-of-way and other dedIcations to the publIc, which have heretofore
been made by plat, deed or user wIthIn the annexed property The CIty EngIneer, the CIty Clerk
and the PlannIng DIrector are dIrected to Include and show the property descnbed herein upon the
officIal maps and records of the CIty
Section 3 ThIS ordinance shall take effect ImmedIately upon adoptIon The City Clerk
shall fIle certifIed caples of thIS ordInance, IncludIng the map attached hereto, wIth the Clerk of the
CIrcUIt Court and wIth the County AdmInIstrator of Plnellas County, Florrda, wIthIn 7 days after
adoptIon, and shall fIle a certifIed copy wIth the Flonda Department of State wIthIn 30 days after
adoption

AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO DESIGNATE THE
LAND USE FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF DIANE DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET
NORTH OF MORNINGSIDE DRIVE, CONSISTING OF LOT 14,
BLOCK 1, CARL TON TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, WHOSE
POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1824 DIANE DRIVE, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
RESIDENTIAL LOW, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
