The property IS located wlthm PolIce District 11 and service Will be admtmstered through the
dlstnct headquarters located at 645 PIerce Street N There are currently 65 patrol officers and

ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH BETTY LANE AND STATE
STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 1, LANGE'S REPLAT OF
BROWN'S SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS
1969 NORTH BETTY LANE, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE
CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, the owner of the real property descnbed herein and depicted on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A has petitioned the City of Clearwater to annex the property Into the
City pursuant to Section 171 044, Flonda Statutes, and the City has compIled with all applicable

been made by plat, deed or user Within the annexed property The City Engineer, the CIty Clerk
and the PlannIng Director are directed to Include and show the property descnbed herein upon the
offiCial maps and records of the City
