applIcant has patd the CIty'S sewer Impact and assessment fees and IS aware of the add1tIonal
costs to extend CIty sewer servIce to thiS property

CollectIOn of sohd waste wIll be proVIded by the CIty of Clearwater The CIty has an mterlocal
agreement With Pmellas County to proVIde for the disposal of sohd waste at the County's
Resource Recovery Plant and capaCIty IS avaIlable to serve the property

The property IS located wlthm PolIce DIStrict III and service will be admmlstered through the
dlStrICt headquarters located at 2851 N McMullen Booth Road There are currently 56 patrol
officers and seven patrol sergeants asSIgned to thiS dIStriCt Commumty pohcIng service WIll be
proVided through the Clty'S zone system and officers m the field, The PolIce Department has
stated that It WIll be able to serve thIS property and the proposed annexatIon WIll not adversely
