Impact and assessment fees and IS aware that these fees must be paid pnor to the annexatIOn

agreement With Pmellas County to proVide for the dIsposal of solid waste at the County's

contIguous to the eXlstmg mumcIpal boundaries and compact ThIS SIte IS contIguous (upon
approval of ANX2006-06022) With the eXIstmg CIty boundarIes to the south and represcnts a
logtcal and appropnate extensIOn of the ex]stmg boundaries The compactness standard reqUires
that the annexatIOn not create an enclave or a serpentme pattern of mumclpal boundanes

process together Planning staff has revIewed thiS situation and determined that as long as the property
at 3060 Allen Avenue (ANX2006-06022) IS on the agenda before the property at 2727 Daniel Street
(ANX2006-06023) thiS would be a legal annexation Pmellas County Planning and the Plnellas Planning
Council have both been noticed and neither agency has VOiced any concerns With these annexations
