contiguous to the eXIstmg mumcIpal boundanes and compact ThIS Site is contIguous WIth the

extenSIOn of the eXIstmg boundanes The compactness standard reqUIres that the annexatIon not
create an enclave or a serpentme pattern of mumclpal boundanes

ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 275 FEET EAST OF SUNNY PARK ROAD
AND 665 FEET WEST OF BRAUND STREET, CONSISTING OF
LOT 21, SOLAR CREST SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE
