applicant has paid the CIty'S sewer Impact and assessment fees and IS aware of the additIOnal
costs to extend City sewer serVIce to thiS property
Solid Waste
Collectton of solid waste wIiI be proVided by the City of Clearwater The City has an mterloLal
agreement With Pmellas County to proVide for the dIsposal of sohd waste at the County's
Resource Recovery Plant and capaCIty IS available to serve the property
Police
The property IS located wlthm Police Dlstnct III and service will be admInIstered through the
dlstnct headquarters located at 2851 N McMullen Booth Road There are currently 56 patrol
officers and seven patrol sergeants aSSigned to thI~ distrIct Commumty pohcmg serVIce wIiI be
prOVided through the CIty's zone system and officers m the field The Pohce Department has
stated that It WIll be able to serve thiS property and the proposed annexatIon will not adversely
affect police service and response ttme
FIre and Emergency MedIcal ServIces
FIre and emergency medIcal services will be proVIded to thIS property by Station #4 7 located at
1460 LakevIew Road The Fire Department wIH be able to serve thIS property The proposed
