The applIcant receIves water service from PlIlellas County Samtary sewer service Will be
provided by the CIty of Clearwater and the City has adequate capacIty to serve thIS property The
closest samtary sewer hne IS located m an easement along the east Side of the parcel The
applicant has not paId the CIty'S sewer Impact and assessment fees and IS aware of the addItIonal
costs to extend CIty sewer servIce to thIS property

CollectIOn of sohd waste Will be proVIded by the City of Clearwater The CIty has an mterlocal
agreement with Pmellas County to provIde for the disposal of solId waste at the County's
Resource Recovery Plant and capacity IS avaIlable to serve the property

The property IS located wIthm Police DIstnet III and servIce WIll be admlll1stered through the
dlstnct headquarters located at 2851 N McMullen Booth Road There are currently S6 patrol
officers and seven patrol ~ergeants aSSigned to thIS distnct Commumty polIemg service Will be
provided through the CIty'S zone system and officers m the field The Police Department has
stated that It WIll be able to serve this property and the proposed annexatIOn WIll not adversely
affect polIce service and response tIme

Fire and emergency medIcal servIces will be proVIded to thIS property by Statton #48 located at
1700 North Belcher Road The Fire Department Will be ablc to serve this property The

The Pmellas County ComprehensIve Plan and the Countywide Future Land Use Plan map
designate the sIte as ResIdentIal Low (RL) It IS the purpose of the RL category to depict those
areas of the County that arc now developed, or appropnate to be developed, In a low densIty
residentIal manner, and to recognIze such areas as pnmanly well-sUIted for resIdentIal uses that
are consistent WIth the low denSity, non-mtenSlve qualIties and natural resource charactenstIcs of
such arcas ReSidential IS the pnmary use In thIS plan catcgory up to a maximum of five (5)
dwelling UTIlts per aere Secondary uses mclude ReSidentIal EqUIvalent, InstItutIOnal,
