the property 'at 126 Edgewater Terrace and my only concern here IS the request for a waiver for the
sldewalk requllement along UOlon street The other stuff I can lIve wIth, bllt I have 2 !imall chIldren and
that entire area IS very heavIly populated wIth other children as well That mter<;ectlOn has always been a
concern for me for the very reason they are Iookmg for an exemption, a sldewalk on Umon street There
IS absolutely no place for a cluId to walk! nde their bIke/ skates at that mter')ectlOn except m the street 1f
there was nO"sIdwalk there That mtersectIon ha<; car') zlppmg around the corner from Edgewater onto
Umon Without a place for dnyone to go If there happens to be an mexpenenced bIke nder or chIld on
skates there at the same tIme We are not tdlkmg about a perfect world here, Just some kIds 100kmg to be
kIds and adult& m a hurry when dnvmg that corner I purposely aVOId that mtersectlOn as much as I Cdn
becallse of the mdblllty for anyone to have an "out" If thmgs get hectle there for whatever reason I
