apphcatlOn dated receIved January29, 2004 and revIsed site plans dated June 23, 2004.
Pursuant to SectIOn 4-303, an applIcatIOn for a bUIldmg pernut shall be made wIthm one year of
flexIble Standard Development approval (June 25, 2004) All reqUired certificates of occupancy shall
