proposed plan to access Phase II (as well as Phase I) from various streets north of

negates the reqUirement to upgrade State Street from Betty Lane to Phase I Of
course, thIS IS predicated on plans for Phase Ii proceedIng through to constructIon
Staff would support the request to vacate State Street adjacent to Clearwater Village
property Approval of thiS vacatIon would be contingent upon sIte plan approval for
Phase II
You WIll need to replat portions of Brooklawn SubdivIsion, but you will not need to
formally vacate any unimproved nghts~of.way However. If any improved rights-of-way
