Our department was able to review your proposal and we will be able to approve the installation of the
generator.
As discussed,we are requiring the ARC Tampa Bay to install an electrical shut-off and a generator switch
at the building,so the generator can be easily serviced or removed.
The ARC Tampa Bay will be responsible to pay for the installation of the generator and the general and
capital maintenance that is required to make sure it is always kept in good working condition.
At the beginning of each hurricane season,the ARC'Tampa Bay will be required to submit an Emergency
Plan and notify the City if the ARC will be using the Long Center as a temporary shelter for the clients
and staff at anytime.
We appreciate the role that ARC plays in our community and we look forward to continuing our great
