ALS FIRST RESPONDER GROWTH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT made this 8 day of September 2020,between the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, a Florida municipal corporation ("Contractor") and the PINELLAS COUNTY
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AUTHORITY, a special district ("Authority").
1. Contractor currently contracts with Authority ("Agreement") so as torespond to EMS
Incidents in accordance with the then current Priority Dispatch Protocols.
1 The Agreement between the Contractor and the Authority will, pursuant to its terms, expire
September 30, 2020, but also contains an option to extend for three (3) additional one (1)
year terms,
3. Contractor and Authority wish to extend the agreement for one(1)year with a new expiration
of September 30,2021.
4, Contractor and Authority agree that, except as provided herein, upon approval of this
amendment, alli terms of the original agreement will remain in force and effect as if the
original term ofthe contract expired September 30,202 1.
