3 The proposed development IS compatIble wIth the surroundmg area
CondItIOns of Approval
1 That pnor to the Issuance of any permIts that a porbon of the 10~foot wIde utIlIty easement at the
rear ofthe subject property must be vacated by CIty CouncIl, and
2 That the pool eqmpment shall be screened on four sides by a fence, gate, wall, mounds of earth, or
vegetatIon from VIew from publIc streets and abuttmg propertIes
I concur wIth the findmgs of the Development ReVIew Committee and, through thIS letter, approve
your applIcatIOn for FleXIble Standard Development with the two above condItIons The approval IS
based on and must adhere to the Site plan and applIcatIOn dated received December 24,2005
Pursuant to SectIon 4-303, an applIcation for a bUIldmg permIt shall be made wlthm one year of
FleXible Standard Development approval (March 7, 2006) All reqUIred certIficates of occupancy shall
be obtamed wIthm one year of the date of Issuance ofthe bUIldmg permit Time frames do not change
