Development Code On May 6, 2004, the Development Review COlTIlTIlttee (DRC) revIewed your
applIcatIon for FlexIble Standard Development for an accessory shed at an eXlstmg smgle-famIly
resIdence with a reduction m rear setback from 10 feet to fIve feet, per SectIOn 2-203 B The DRC
recommended approval of the applIcatIOn wIth the followmg bases and condItIOns
