Per onr discussions, attached is one Flexible Standard Application as signed and
notarized by the representative for The Hearst Corporation.
We also include three photos of the properties exterior (front & rear) noting paint
swatches indicating the exterior color wI two options of the trim color which will be
done as noted on the photograph. It is our preference to utilize the blue trim.
Also, we are including a copy of a survey that was previously done on the property
November 1999 for a prospective buyer.
The painter has mdicated that he would be available to paint this property by mid-
January. I trust that this will work in accordance with your approval.
We are hoping to have the ownership issue as well as the final approval of DEP shortly
after the first of the year and will move forward with disposition of this property.
Based on the significant interest that we have in the property, it is anticipated that the
property will be razed for redevelopment.
