Staff will determine the best way for members to view documents at the dais. She recommended members become familiar with reviewing agenda materials electronically before paper packets are eliminated sometime next spring. Discussion ensued with a comment that reviewing case materials online required a learning curve, appreciation expressed that online access prior to packet delivery provided additional time for member review, and a recommendation that paper packets first be eliminated when an agenda has a limited number of cases. It was requested that members be permitted to view their document notes on personal laptops at meetings. Consensus was to support electronic agendas and the eventual elimination of paper packets. H.
