Despite the best efforts of our architect the unusual shape of the property and
setback of the house does little to prOVide for any other alternative design The
current proposal nullifies any need for tree removal and In fact Increases green
space to the front of the property, removes need for on street parking and
Increases Visual ~armony by removmg cars from line of VISion
To maintain eqUilibrium with the surrounding homes the proposed Increase over
the setback IS actually less than houses directly across the street and next door
to the north Both were granted variances In the recent past exceeding our
request, to create additional living space to their homes as shown In the enclosed
attachments
We feel thiS proposal IS within the aesthetiC boundaries of/and Will add greater
value to the neighborhood We therefore respectfully request that all due
conSideration be given thiS proposal and It'S approval
