As the Commumty Development Coordmator, I have reViewed the comments receIved by
the Development Review Comrruttee, letters from you as the applicant, letters m
oppositIOn to thIS applIcatIon from surroundmg property owners, and the general and
specIfic standards for the flexIble use m the Commumty Development Code Based on
all of the above documents, I find that the proposed applIcatlOn for a Jet sla bUSIness does
not meet the general and specIfic standards of the Code, mcludmg the follOWIng major

WIll mmlmIze adverse effect~ on adjacent propertIes, speCIfically of concern are the
Visual, acoustlc and hours of operatIon Impacts on the surroundmg neIghborhood

located along the Clearwater Harbor, due to the rental nature of the Jet sla bUSIness,
the applIcant has not demoll5trated that the busmess will have no Impacts on the
natural environment The marma IS adjacent to reSIdentIally zoned property and the
Jet ~la busmess Will not be totally screened nor the hours of operatIOn lImited tomwnflse and sunset
Therefore, the development order for a Jet skI busmess at 900 Osceola IS hereby demed
