To whom it may concern:
Enclosed please f'md our application for Flexible Standard Development.
You will notice that we are occupying a small space of less than 500 sq.ft in the
Ramada Inn, North West corner. The space was vacant and as you can see no
alterations to the inside or outside were necessary to open our real estate office.
I have provided tax records, aerial photos, tax plat map and color pictures of the
hotel and office.
1 am hoping that based upon our use, size of space, the fact that we have not altered
the interior or exterior, the fact that the Ramada owners, Decade, had no use for the
space, you would be able to grant us the necessary license. One requirement was a
signed and sealed sunrey which for such a huge property, verses the space we use, is
cost prohibited. I understand that such a sunrey would cost thousands. My hope is
that my enclosures, under the circumstances, are sufficient.
