AMENDMENT 4
This amendment ("Amendment") is made this /1111 day of (001-6-1-4 , 2019 ("Effective Date") by
and between Tyler Technologies, Inc. with offices at One Tyler Drive, Yarmouth, Maine 04096 ("Tyler")
and the City of Clearwater with a mailing address of P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33758
("Client").
WHEREAS, Tyler and Client are parties to an agreement dated March 16, 2017 ("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Tyler and Client desire to amend the terms of the Agreement as provided herein.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises hereinafter contained, Tyler and Client
agree as follows:
1. The following unused conversions are hereby removed from the Agreement:
Payroll — Accrual Balances, at a contract price of: $2,500
Payroll — Certifications, at a contract price of: $2,000
Payroll — Deductions, at a contract price of: $2,800
Payroll — Education, at a contract price of: $2,000
Payroll — Position Control, at a contract price of: $2,000
Payroll — Recruiting, at a contract price o: $2,000
Payroll — Standard, at a contract price of: $3,000
Payroll — State Retirement Tables, at a contract price of: $2,000
Total: $18,300
2. Fourteen (14) Implementation days, totaling $17,850 (at a rate of $1,275 per day), are hereby
added to the Agreement as set forth in the Investment Summary attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Services added to the Agreement pursuant to this Amendment, plus expenses, will be invoiced as
provided and/or incurred.
3. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Agreement.
4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of the dates set forth
below.

The following Investment Summary details the software and services to be delivered by us to you under
the Agreement. This Investment Summary is effective as of the Effective Date. Capitalized terms not
otherwise defined will have the meaning assigned to such terms in the Agreement.
In the event a comment in the following sales quotation conflicts with a provision of this Amendment, the
provision in this Amendment shall control.
