To address the eXisting parking pad near the' Cabana that Scott Rice requested to be removed
from the nght-of-way, the client beheves they are entitled to keep It since It was permitted by the
City at the time they bUilt the Cabana They are willing to extend the pad If necessary to allow a
car to park out of the nght-of-way, but this would require removal of some plantings A copy of
