September 4, 1986
The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met as the Community
Redevelopment Agency at City Hall, Thursday, September 4, 1986. The
meeting was convened at 10:56 p.m. with the following members present:

ITEM #2 - Minutes of August 7, 1986 meeting
Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the minutes of the meeting of
August 7, 1986 as submitted. Motion was duly seconded and carried
unanimously.
Item #3 - Third Quarter Budget Amendment 1985-86
On July 17, 1986, the Agency approved its amended 1985-86 budget.
Since that time, the sale of the Agency's Tax Increment and Lease Revenue
Bonds, Series 1986, has been completed and net bond proceeds available
to the Agency have increased $50,700 for a total of $1,454,325.
The existing budget authorizes a $100,000 payment on the Bilgore
property. It is recommended that this budget line item be increased to
$110,000 to reflect the payment of the Agency's closing costs in the amount
of $5,640 and to provide funds for a survey of the property and the
erection of a sign indicating the property's availability for development.
The above two recommended changes result in an increase in the amount
which should be escrowed for future debt service. It is the intention
of this amendment to authorize the payment into escrow for future debt
service of all unobligated funds remaining on September 30, 1986.
Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the 1985-86 Third Quarter Budget
Amendment. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
