*Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting*
August 7, 1986
The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met as the Community
Redevelopment Agency at City Hall, Thursday, August 7, 1986. The meeting
was convened at 7:25 p.m. with the following members present:

ITEM #2 - Minutes of July 17, 1986 meeting.
Commissioner Garvey moved to approve the minutes of the meeting of
July 17, 1986. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
Item #3 - Resolution CRA 86-2 - Sale and Delivery of Tax Increment and
Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 1986.
Joe McFate, Planning and Urban Development Director, explained the
purpose of the bonds.
Discussion ensued regarding the bonds being secured by the City's
parking fund. The pledging of the parking fund was explained.
Commissioner Regulski moved to approve CRA Resolution 86-2 and to
authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. The motion was duly
seconded. Upon roll call the vote was:
"Ayes": Garvey, Regulski, Winner and Kelly.
"Nays": Berfield. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
