Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting
January 6, 1983

The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met as the Community
Redevelopment Agency at City Hall, Thursday, January 6, 1983. The
meeting was convened at 8:28 p.m. with the following members present:

The City Manager reported this meeting was called to comply with
Florida Statute 163.380(3), which states the Agency shall notify the City
Commission 30 days prior to recommending a negotiated agreement with a
developer on a given project.
Commissioner Garvey moved to accept the City Manager's notification
to the City Commission that a presentation would be made on February 17,
1983. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 8:29 p.m.

Commissioner Calderbank move to approve the CIS and addendum.
