01/06/1983• Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting January 6, 1983 • The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met as the Community Redevelopment Agency at City Hall, Thursday, January 6, 1983. The meeting was convened at 8:28 p.m. with the following members present: Charles F. LeCher Paul A. Hatchett Rita Garvey James Calderbank James L. Berfield Also present were: Anthony L. Shoemaker Thomas A. Bustin Terry Jennings David P. Healey Lucille Williams Mayor -Commissioner Vice-Mayor/Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner City Manager City Attorney Representing Public Works Planning Director City Clerk The City Manager reported this meeting was called to comply with Florida Statute 163.380(3), which states the Agency shall notify the City Commission 30 days prior to recommending a negotiated agreement with a developer on a given project. Commissioner Garvey moved to accept the City Manager's notification to the City Commission that a presentation would be made on February 17, 1983. Motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
