Closed Attorney/Client Session
October 2, 2003
The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met in closed session at City Hall, Monday, October 2, 2003, at 4:30 p.m., with the following members present:
Brian J. Aungst Mayor/Commissioner
Whitney Gray Vice-Mayor/Commissioner
Frank Hibbard Commissioner
Hoyt P. Hamilton Commissioner
William C. Jonson Commissioner
William B. Horne II City Manager
Pamela K. Akin City Attorney
Leslie Dougall-Sides Asst. City Attorney
William D. Brinton Outside Counsel
The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced a closed session would be held for the purpose of discussing litigation regarding the National Advertising Company v. City of Clearwater.
This meeting is exempt from the provisions of the Sunshine Law.
The entire session was recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation.
The closed session adjourned at approximately 4:55 p.m.
