Mr.Javed:
Pinellas County and the City of Clearwater entered into a Joint Land Utilization Revocable License
Agreement in 2015 for City-owned property at 901 N.Saturn Avenue.This agreement allows the
placement of the mosquito control equipment including sentinel chickens.
At the end of this month the agreement comes to the end of its five-year term.Your department has
expressed desire to extend the agreement,and the City is in agreement. Pursuant to the terms of the
agreement,the City of Clearwater hereby extends the agreement for a five-year term ending July 31,
2024.
