PROPERTY REGISTRATION CHAMPIONS, LLC (PRC) A FLORIDA LIMITED
LIABILITY COMPANY FOR PROPERTY REGISTRATION SERVICES
This ADDENDUM is made and entered into by and between Property Registration Champions,
LLC ("PRC"), a Florida limited liability company, with offices at 2725 Center Place, Melbourne,
Florida 32940 (CONSULTANT) and the City of Clearwater, Florida, a Florida municipal
corporation, P.O. Box 4748, Clearwater, Florida 33758 (CITY) and hereby notes that the original
contract dated on July 21, 2017, is due to expire July 21, 2019. Per item 3.3 in the Agreement for
Property Registration Services, the CITY exercises its option to extend the agreement for three
(3) one year renewal terms, each year at the discretion of the City and therefore the agreement
will now expire on July 21, 2020, with the option to renew for two (2) additional renewal terms
as stated above.
Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms and provisions of the original
Agreement for Property Registration Services between the CITY and the CONSULTANT
remain in full force and effect.
Upon its execution by both parties, this Addendum is made an integral part of the Agreement for
Property Registration Services entered into by both parties on July 21, 2017.
