Based upon our review of the insurance form, we will identify those items specifically excluded under terms of the policy. The insurance exclusion amount is deducted from the new replacement cost to arrive at an insurable value. Our investigation will include the use of various research sources to develop the cost conclusions for each building. These sources include catalogs, phone quotes, price lists, trade journals, magazines, industry publications, and technical and pricing subscription services, engineering manuals such as Means, Corelogic Marshall Swift, Handy -Whitman, and E.H.
