Mr, Barca:
The City of Clearwater and Sand Runners, LLC entered into a Non-Exclusive License
Agreement, beginning on March 2, 21319 and ending on September 2, 2019. Touring this six-
month period, Sand Runners, LLC agreed to operate beach gear valet services on Clearwater
Keach, subject to specific terms and conditions,
Can Thursday, June 27, 2019, at a meeting in the Parks and Recreation offices, you indicated that
Sand Runners, LLC does not intend to offer services after June 30, 2019 and wants to terminate
the Agreement.
As such, the City of Clearwater is terminating this Non-Exclusive xclusive license Agreement pursuant
to Section 12. The City agrees to waive the remaining payment of fees, from July through
September, contained in Section 5.
