AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This ADDENDUM is made and entered into by and between the City of Clearwater, Florida
(CITY) and Klar and Klar Architects, Inc., (ARCHITECT) and hereby notes that the original
contract dated on June 18, 2014 is due to expire June 20, 2019. Per item 3.3 in the Agreement
for Professional Services, the CITY exercises its option to extend the contract for two (2) years
and therefore the agreement will now expire on June 19, 2021,
Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms and provisions of the original
Agreement for Professional Services between the CITY and the ARCHITECT remain in full
force and effect.
Upon its execution by both parties, this Addendum, is made an integral part of the Agreement for
Professional Services entered into by both parties on June 18, 2014.
