Owner of the two properties immediately adjacent to and North of
Marina Bay 880 Residences, located at 880 N Osceola Ave.
My properties are addressed as 303 Cedar St. and 309 Cedar St.
Dear Sirs,
JULY 10, 2018
I feel that the most dramatic and immediate impact that the Marina Bay 880 Residences project could
have would be on my 2 properties listed above as this project occurs directly adjacent to my properties.
Therefore I hope that this letter garners an appropriate amount of your attention.
Since I have owned 303 Cedar St. (and later 309) I have been plagued by incomplete and ill planned
projects on the 880 marina site. This has resulted in my "backyard" being a complete eye sore and
detracting from both my view and property value.
It was with great relief that I read the city's new development plan for this district. I have seen a very
successful project complete with the Garden avenue apartments, and witnessed keen interest in getting
restaurants, hotels and other shops established in this district.
It is my belief that as the residents of this area, we have an obligation to assist and forward the
rehabilitation and development of this district. The Marina Bay 880 Residences project, when
completed, will make a direct and bold statement that the City means business in accomplishing their
goals for this district and will invite and encourage a greater and greater number of participants.
As I have pointed out to earlier boards regarding this same site: Whats our alternative? A continued
blighted neighborhood that stays economically depressed? That invites drugs and crime? Who
benefits?
I, for one, think its time to acknowledge the wonderful vision that the Marina Bay 880 project gives
to the overall redevelopment district and allow both the private sector and the joint public /private
sector to be inspired, encouraged, and ignited to get the "show on the road" in moving Clearwater
forward!
Thank you,
Jeffrey R. Litton

Clearwater Community Development Board
Dear Sirs or Madam;
I am writing in regards to the proposed condo development at the North Marina at
880 Osceola Avenue. As a property owner in the North Marina District, I am hoping
the City of Clearwater will support the development as proposed, the 79 units.
I am aware the first two stories will still allow some water view driving down
Nicholson Street. We need to support investors in this area and encourage
continued growth.
I have invested a lot of money into our property at 913 North Fort Harrison with the
hopes of additional development in our area. We hope to see this development
come to fruition as a start of refurbishing this beautiful part of Clearwater.
Regretfully, I will be unable to attend the meeting due to my work schedule.
Respectfully,

To whom it may concern:
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration of my written request and
please accept my deepest apologies as obligations outside of my control have
prevented my attendance today.
That being said, this correspondence represents my 100% support and endorsement
of the submitted redevelopment and improvement plan of Brian Andrus and his vision
for Osceola Avenue to include luxury condominiums, boat slips and retail space.
As a resident of the area, the proposed renderings provide the opportunity for
increased marketability of existing properties and a welcomed continued regeneration
of the waterfront for residents and visitors alike.
It is my sincere hope that the City of Clearwater will approve this request and should
there be a need, I can be reached for further verification at the below.

To Whom it may concern,
I saw the drawings for the newly proposed condos at the North Marina across from the
North Ward Elementary School. I think they are beautifully conceived and I believe this
would bring more beauty, safety and a higher quality of life to the area.
Thank you.
