1. Call To Order
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall.
2. Approval of Minutes
2.1 Approve minutes of November 13, 2018 Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory
Board as submitted in written summation.
Board Member Cutkomp moved to approve minutes of November 13,
2018 Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory Board as
submitted in written summation. The motion was duly seconded
and carried unanimously.
3. Citizens to be Heard Regarding Items Not on the Agenda: None.
4. New Business Items
4.1 Election of Officers
Member Scalia moved to appoint Haley Crum as Chair. The motion was
duly seconded and carried unanimously.
Member Cutkomp moved to appoint Peter Scalia as Vice Chair. The
motion was duly seconded and carried unanimously.
4.2 Tour of Economic Development and Housing Department Projects
NAHAB (Neighborhood &Affordable Housing Advisory Board) departed City
Hall via Jolley Trolley to tour Economic Development & Housing Department
Projects: 1) 505 N Garden Avenue; 2) N Garden Habitat project— 600 Block
of N Garden Avenue; 3) Garden Trail Apartments, 4) 404 Blanche B
Littlejohn Trail, 5) Yellow duplex— 401 N Garden Avenue, 6) 120911211 N

CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funds; 32) Tieman Village —

Woodlawn Trail Apartments — LIHTC (Low - Income Housing Tax Credit)
project for families (2 & 3 bedrooms) — 80 units; 35) RCS (Religious

6. Director's Report
Economic Development & Housing Assistant Director Chuck Lane reported
Future meetings will be held in City Council Chambers at the Main Library,
100 N. Osceola Avenue. He will advise the board whether the February 12,
2019 meeting will be held.
