LOSS PAYMENT RIDER
In the event that the insured is entitled to any payment under this policy, it is agreed that
the insured may designate, in writing, a customer to whom the payment of any part thereof
shall be made.
It is further understood and agreed that the insured's designee has no rights under the
contract of insurance.
The only right conferred is the right to receive direct payment in accordance with this
rider, but in no event shall payments made under this policy exceed the applicable coverage
limits. The inclusion of more than one designated customer shall not increase the limits of
the insurers' liability.
