This Completion Certificate ("Certificate") is made this .r_ day of fll o (C?L ,
oz01 i , by and between the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FL, a public body corporate and politic of the State of Florida
(the "Agency"), who address is 600 Cleveland Street, Suite 600, Clearwater, FL 33755,
and THE RING Workspaces, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company (the "Developer").
This Certificate pertains to an Agreement for Development, by and between the
Agency and the Developer, dated as of October 30, 2017 (the "Development Agreement")
and amended by an amendment dated February, 11, 2019,which provides, among other
things, for the development of The Ring Workspaces, within a project site as described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, as same are defined in the
Development Agreement.
As provided in Article 5 of the Development Agreement, the construction and
installation of The Ring Workspaces has been completed substantially in accordance with
in requirements of the Development Agreement and such improvements are substantially
complete. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Project has been so
completed and have executed this Certificate as conclusive determination of such
completion and satisfaction of the Developer's obligation under the Development
Agreement to construct and install such Project.
A copy of the fully -executed Development Agreement is on file with the City Clerk,
City of Clearwater, Florida, located at 600 Cleveland Street, Suite 600, Clearwater,
Florida, which is available for review and copying by the public.
