The mee�ing wa� duly called to order by Mayor Geo. R, Seavy and the minutes of
the previous meeting were read and approved,
City �,ttorney Ralph Rich�rda now read to t�ie Board an ordinance xsgh�a.t�ng�-�he
speed af �rains in Ghe Cit�� of Clear�vr�ter , and to be Ynovan as Crdinance No g
b'1a�*or Seavy reported ttrat he, the City 2vian�i�er , and �he Gity Attorney, had ri�en $/
on the engine of att xtlant:.g Coast Line Lrain from Dunedin to Belleair, and that he�
thou�ht the sppeds as set out in the proposed or3inance were probably satisfactpizy,
i.lcved by J'esse G. Smith, seconded by Sumner R, I�owe and carried that the oxdinanee
be passed on its iirst re�ding. The ordinance was then read the second and third �i�e
and r��ter each reading was passed by the Commission upon thz mo�ion oP J"esse G. �n-iith

�ittorne3� Richards now read a proposed ordina�.ce to be kn�wn as Ordinanee No ��90
��� regulating the sale oi"wood in the City of ClearvJater, and requiring among othex
�th?ngs the postin� a�' prices by v�o�d-yard dealers. 2r4oved by p.�r, I,�we aeconded by N�r,
D. C, Smith and carried �� that ordinance No L�.80 be passed on its first readi�g. The
ordinance �vds then re�zd tha second and third time, and after eaeh reading was passed by
the Qommission on the motion of Sumner R. Lowe, and D. 6. SmitY�,
�here being no �urther business to come befcre the Board the
meeting v�as adjoarned.
