rebuil�ing is esti�;ated at approximately fifty-five hundred
dollars (w 5,500.00); and,

agreed to do this work and acaept as the balance of total
aost, gas tar at seven cents ($p .07) per gallon, up to
fifty thousand (50,000) gallons.

and he is hereby authorized to acc;ept and receive from the
Owners of the Carlouel Subdivision, t�vo thous�nd dollars
(� 2,000.00) in cash, this sum to be tui:�ne� over to the
4V. H. Armston Construction Comnany, contractors who ar� to
do the conStruction work for repairing �nd rebuilding the
Mandala� Road from Acacia Stireet to the north fence of the
Carlouel Subd�vision, as the cash portion of this construct-
ion cost, after the work is completed.
The above Resolution passed and adopted by the City
Com�ission of the Gity of Clearwater, F�orida, on this the
