The City Manage?- read a letter from the Clear�vater
Beach Progressive Association with reYerence to xeeping
the Beach free and clear o� all d��ris and seaweed as they
' �Porm on tue beach. The I�ayor aske3 if it is possible to
keep the beach free and cleax from all trash. The Gity
Manager stateci that it would be impossible to do soe Moved

carried that the Gity Nlanager be instructed to see if some
plan can be worlted out for doing this work.
Mr. A1. Rogero and other members of a co�ttee fre;m
the Clearwater Athletic Association addressed the Commission
with reference to work:�,ng iip a W. P. A. Froject for building
a stadium on the north side of Green Field, which he stated
wou].d cost approximately � 12,000.00 and proposed that the
Athletic Assoeiation a'nd �the City of Gl�earwater each contribute

Mr. Rogero stated that it is not possible to play the larger
�faotball games in Glearwater due to ].ack af seating gapacity.
