1. �o nuisanee shal.l be maintained within the City of
Clearwatex.
2, Any�t�2ing which tends to anno;� the comm,unity, or
injure the health oi the citizens in gener�l, or corru�t the
public merals, or endanger the safety of i;l�e citizens in generaZ,
or endanger the �vel�are of t�.e community, shall be eonsiee�xed a
nuisance.
3. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate
any of the provisions oi this Qxdinance shall, upan conviction
in the Munic�pal Court of the City of Clearwater, be punished by
a fine not exceeding One Hundred (� 100.00) Dollars or by impriso�-
ment in the City J'ail not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment in the d�scretion of the Municipal. J'udge.
4. This Ordinar_ce shall become efiective i�nmediately
upon its passage ancl adoption by the City Commission.
