machine for ths tax roll, provided the cost of sam� can be spread over

Mr. Sa�terfiald be authorized to appoint an acting Gity Judge in cases
where he is too busy to ac�,

WI�REAS, the Boycs �ompany ha.s submitted a prnposal to add water
ma3.ns at the same un:tt priGe set forth in their Contract Section P. in
lieu of the water mains in their proposal of Novenber 16, 1936, wki.ch
is desire�. to be cancelled.
