tioned resolution be prepared, executed and exchanged in accordanee with
the followir.g schedu7.e se�ttiag forth th'e numbers and denomi.nations o� the
R6funding Bonds of eaah series, and that in exehanging said Refunding Bonds
the particular num'�ered Refunding Bcnds o#' eaclz series sha.11 be issued 3n
exchang� for the particular outstanding'bar�ded indabtedness set opposite
thereto; provided, hov�ever, that in exehanging Refunding Bonds for out-
s�anding l�tttuniaipal-Zmprove�nent Bonds of the Issue of April Z5, 1922, there

shall be paid to the creditor holding sucli indebtedness refunded thereby
t2ie additional aaslz sum of �1.00 for every �1000 outstanciin� bond surrend-
ered by such cred3.tor in exchange for �$373 Serios B. Refunding Bonds and
�626 Saries C Etefunding Bunds, and provided furtrher, that all Refunding
Bonds of any denoninat3on less than �100 sha11 be prepared in conformity
with the reaolution heretofore adopted May 25' 1936, except that no in--
tsrest coupons stiall be attached thereto, but in 13eu of such interest
coupons, the name of the creditor entitled to such Refunciing Bonds shall
be inserted in the provision for registration appearin� upon ths reverse
of such Refunding Bonds, and the Ra�is�rar of the City s�.all note thereon
that such refunding bonds are registsred as to both prir.c�.pal and inteiest.
