percent; of the total contract price of the various contracts under
project FZorida Z202-1 and 2-R,
THEREPO�tE, BE 2T �SOLV�, That the condition of the contracts
"provided that at any time after "5Q percent o= the vrork covered by
this contract has beez� completed, if progress satisfactorp to t�e
ovmer and the Government inspector is being made in accordance v�ith
the �erms of tliis contract, subsequent approved eafii�nates �rriil be
paid in full unle�s other�x�ise provided in this eontract"
permittin� the payrnent oi estim�.tes in full after 50 percent of the
work has been performed, ahall become inoperAtive and that a total
of 10 percent of Lhe payments due vnder the various contracts shall
be retained at all times until the final eQmt�l.etion and acceptance

THEREFORt�, BE ST RESOLVED that the mnnies received from the
P1VA to appZy to the paymen-ts oi �he various contraets entered into under
this praject be allocated into the v+�rious items and that payment being
made under eaeh contract shall not exceed the proport3.onate amount
allocated thereto from the inonies recaived from the Government'as
part of this loan and grant rzpplication.
And that as t� date, a total oz 80 percen� of the monies to be
furnished �y the Gcvernmeilt under thia docket have been received,
THEREFOR�, no contractor sha11 �e entitled to payment in excess of this
above 8� percen� provided, ho«ever, when additional pa�ments sh�.11
