Dr. Mr. Heckard,
In response to your letter sent on September 26"', 2018,by mutual agreement and on
behalf of the City of Clearwater I would like to extend the Agreement with the
Clearwater Horseshoe Club for a period of(1),year conunencing on the I' day of
October 2018 and continuing until' September 301h of 2019. This extension is
contingent upon the receipt of all required documentation and subject to the same terms
and conditions provided in the original Agreement.
