Dear Ms. Hinson, In response to your letter dated September 27, 2018, by mutual agreement and on behalf of the City of Clearwater, I would like to extend the Agreement with the Artz4Life Academy, Inc. for a period of five ( ) years commencing on the 1st day of October 2018 and continuing through the 30th day of September, 2023 as per Article 1.2 of the Agreement. This extension is contingent upon the receipt of all required documentation and subject to the same terms and conditions provided in the original Agreement datedJuly 22, 2008.
