The City Commission of the City of Clearwater met in closed session at City Hall, Thursday, May 19, 1994 at 5:00 p.m., with the following members present:

The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced a closed session would be held for the purpose of discussing litigation regarding Thomas W. Smith vs. City. This meeting is exempt
from the provisions of the Sunshine Law.
The entire session was recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation.
The closed session adjourned at approximately 5:22 p.m.
